Touching many lives from young to old with her musical versatility and dynamic ministry, she is reaching souls like never before!
In the past 20 years, God has opened the doors for her to teach vocal techniques and beginning piano. Jackie has served as Music Director and Worship Leader at several of the fastest-growing Central Valley Churches.
Original songs were written by JackieO. come purely from the depths of her soul and from various life experiences. This makes her a dynamic live performer and well sought after musical artist. She celebrates life through her committed relationship with God and through her calling to minister to others.
JackieO. has been blessed with many talents besides music. She is an accomplished visual artist as well as a performing artist. Word of Life is her personal line of greeting cards that are being sold in the gospel bookstores along with her CDs. She uses art as another venue to minister to the Gospel. Her greatest desire is to love God with all her heart and serve in ministry, sharing her gifts to lift up the name of Christ to the entire world.

JackieO. has been involved in many art shows and exhibits throughout the United States. Her most favorite mediums are oil, pastels, and acrylics.
JackieO.’s contemporary style of art has an African influence. She also does portraiture depicting people of all cultures with bright colors and movement. Her talent for art and music is a generational blessing from God.
NARRATIVE:
I love art. I love to express myself through both the art of music and the visual arts. Everything around me is art. When I look at the sky I see God, the master artist, who formed many textures and colors and movement. When I see children playing, I see art. When I see an odd shape I see art. When I see many faces, I see unique forms of art and character. When I paint, I play music for inspiration.
Jacqueline Kelley (JackieO.) is a naturally gifted artist, singer, songwriter, and musician. She began singing at the age of 3, drawing at the age of 6, and playing the piano at 7. Her parents fully supported and encouraged all 10 of the children to pursue their art and music talents. Jacqueline developed her artistic talent into a career 20 years ago.
She loves people of all nationalities and cultures and is fascinated by their lifestyles. Jackie enjoys painting portraits as well as other subjects. A painting of African people with their colorful garments is appealing. She is also drawn to bright colors and movement. She enjoys painting subjects with character expressions, like young children and older adults with wrinkles; their faces are full of character. Not only does she love to paint portraits, but she also loves beautiful scenic views of the skies and mountains with lots of color and textures. Being inspired by the Master Artist (God)it is an awesome experience. Art and music are my safe haven, my hiding place, and one of the ways that I communicate with Him.
JackieO. loves listening to music, classical, jazz, praise, and worship, inspirational, especially while painting. It inspires her and causes creativity to flow. She believes that the more she grows spiritually, the more she will be in touch with connecting or conveying the message of freedom, peace, joy, and victory through her paintings and her music. She is very active in church, serving as music director, and does personal ministry.
JackieO.’s goal is to develop a visual and performing arts academy for young people. It’s a way to inspire young, gifted people to reach their goals and give them another alternative to choose a more positive path in their lives. She loves to teach beginning piano and vocal training.
WHERE DID THE THREE PATHS, ONE SOUL BEGIN?
Jacqueline O'Neil Kelley, born and raised in Fresno, California, began singing at the age of 5 years old with her brothers. Raised in a family of 10, all of them musically and artistically inclined, she was encouraged by her parents to pursue her music and art. Jackie was called to the ministry of music at a very young age. By the age of 7 she was playing piano and singing in church, many times ministering through song before her father preached his message. At the age of 12 she began teaching and directing children, youth and adult choirs.
